can i even start a new account on ebay?
 

i have some old accounts that have the same information as permanently suspended accounts and they work well but it seems that it is impossible to sell on new accounts today.
I used real information I moved to the UK a year ago and changed my name and last name not the same computer not the same name / credit card, new id... Iv'e been using the account for a year with no accounts with the same information, but a week ago I started selling and got suspension I called them they asked me some questions and reinstated my account then I listed the same thing again and got another suspension this time when I called they said that the decision is final and they also refused to tell me the reason of my account's suspension.
Also I used 100% verified PayPal account with real credit card not vcc and verified address and identity.
I listed a casio calculator for 8 gbp and i used real photos that i took myself and very detailed description that i wrote myself. Does ebay just suspend any new seller no matter what?

They linked your account obviously... your account has the same info as a perm suspended account.

And you sold a branded item.
