How to change dynamic IP address if you have a DSL connection?

Yes, I searched and tried suggested ways like.....

1) unplug and replug modem
2) unplug, change MAC with SMAC, and replug modem
3) call my provider AT&T - they're clueless

no success......can someone post?

Yes I got a different one today than I had yesterday but need to do it several times during day.

Yes, I read the Stealth manual (as shown by the methods above).

Have you tried unplugging the modem for a couple hours then plugging it back in? Also, you could get some cheap dial-up.

Are you using a router at all?
