Hi folks I am in the process of making a new account

These are the steps I’ve taken

Portable Windows 10 Pro running off a USB pen drive
Disabled OS Location and Telemetry
Portable Chrome (Privacy Badger, WebRTC Shield and UserAgent Switcher)
Third Party Cookies Disabled, DNT Active
Portable CCleaner Pro
Disabled Flash from Control Panel
New PayPal
New Bank
New Email
New Sim Number
Registered, Made Purchases, 3 Positive Feedback
Waited one week listed an item
Boom, suspended?

I suggest read the stealth guide and follow it.

And it could also be the item you sold

Might be your VPN or proxy.
But honestly just buy the StealthBook. For $20 it's a great investment.

When you have so many variables trying to evade eBay that in itself could screw you. Just having a VPN for example can at times flag you as high risk - better to have mobile internet. This is just one example.

And many times they let you buy away even though your account has been flagged. Then when you sell the flagged/ linked account gets banned. Especially if your initial reason for getting banned resulted in a selling suspension alone.

Instead of disabling everything and making it seem like youre trying to avoid giving them info just use a new windows user account with a solid wireless data based IP solution and keep all the history, cookies, flash objects and everything else.
Being so evasive more than likely got you suspended.

Yep, couldn't agree more with the above statement. By using a dedicated windows user account you'll never need to purge any cookies or history.
In fact they make the account more trusted by keeping them
