Stealth account settings in Ukraine
 

Hello! I am a new stealth user. I studied the stealth book.
I apologize in advance if such questions were suddenly discussed (unfortunately I could not find an answer to my problem on the forum).
Here are my few questions:
1) What is the best fit for such an account - fresh ip or fresh vpn + ip? What is the difference between them?
2) In which country will be the IP? I heard that the IPburger does not give Ukrainian ip.
3) Since PayPal does not work directly with Ukraine, we pay the eBay commission and withdraw funds through an intermediary - westernbid. Will westernbid not merge my accounts?
4) In the guide, you wrote that you need to formalize bank accounts in your own name. What if I register an account with my friend? Whose bank account should I provide?
5) Am I correct in understanding that any existing account can be converted to stealth? (subject to the rules)
6) Is buying accounts generally allowed on eBay?

If you are making a USA account then you definitely need the residential IP from IPburger. I have tested a bunch of other IP providers and they are absolute ****.

For Ukraine, you can pretty much follow the steps in the stealth guide.
And get extra help from other Ukrainian members here.

If I buy an account in America, and I myself am in Ukraine, will this not be a problem?
What kind of IPI do I need (Ukraine or America), taking into account that all the contact details of this account are American?

You will need US IP. If you make US account, you will need US bank to withdraw to - you have access to us bank account?

I make new accounts in Ukraine. But I want to buy American or European, whatever it will be. The main thing is that there are good limits. There is no access to the American bank.

You'll need to get a residential IP based in USA for that.

if you go to ipburger.com you can select it and if you need help, you can simply email them.

They have good and fast customer service.

Ukraine cannot even withdraw money... I think not even to cards.
