My question is this, if I make a stealth account with all new information but use those same software (trackerbot and dropshipping tool) will that link this new stealth with my old account and suspend it? Or should I look into other software I haven't used yet?

I use various management softwares across all of my stealth accounts and it has been fine for ages now. If in doubt, email the trackerbot or dropshipping software's support team and ask them if it will link them. Thats what I did with mine, and they were happy to confirm it was safe

As long as these companies are not tied to eBay or PP you'll be fine. You just need to make everything else new.
One of the more important thing I found for consistency is the IP.
I have a dynamic IP originally from my provider so I switched to fresh and dedicated IPBurgerVPN per account now.
