Mac Address tracking?
 

I use PLAY 4g Internet in Poland. I have a wireless router and an external antenna. My router has it's own MAC address and so does the external 4g antenna (Theres a label on the antenna). And then theres the MAC address on my laptop. That's 3 MAC addresses.

So other than the mac address of my laptop, can ebay track the MAC address of my wireless router and the external 4g antenna?

Do I change just the MAC address of my laptop or should I change the MAC address on my wireless router as well?

Mac address tracking for eb is still a circulating myth - changing IP is fine

Ebay cannot actively track the MAC address on your computer so that's not a factor you need to consider.

What about smartphones they can detect previous suspended account if I login with new one to ebay android app for example ?

Yes, they can if you use their application.
Use a PC if you can.
