what can i do?

i saw the video stealthbook
if i buy, can i then make Ebay account and paypal?

You shouldnt copy paste the same text of other listings again and again.

The stealthbook is a good start for account creation but you need to read around the forum for hot topics and good setup/management discussions

Had situation where I made all new:

reinstalled windows,
new PayPal account
new IP adress ( Restarted Cable Modem and Changed Mac Adress on PC )
New browser
never listed anything ( Only purchase of one small item to warm up account )

After 12 hours account was SUSPENDED.
