Ebay Tracking Android App ?

Could be problem if I use new ebay account on same phone Samsung model where i was logged before with old suspended account ? Any kind of tracking there ?

EB is changing their tracking techniques. I wouldn't risk a new account on an old phone previously used with a suspended EB account.

The IMEI or MEID number for your phone acts as a unique identifier for that device. No two devices will have the same.

avoid use mobile phone for multiple accounts.
The most browsers have WebRTC leaks and leave fingerprints and ebay app the the way to hell for tracking.
