I linked my Paypal before I verified with CC on the Paypal.

Should i create a new ebay and then try again? Or just figure out how to get a credit card on the ebay side.

Better verify the CC with Paypal if possible.

I don't think it really matters. I do it this way all the time. You have to link your ebay to paypal in order to sell. I do that then I add my CC.
