New iPhone eBay App with Managed Payments

Now that we had to give real info for eBay managed payments, is it possible to download the app on a new iPhone without any tracking or linking to old limited accounts?

I've had my stealth account now for the past 4 years with no issues and just been using my laptop but wanted to use the app on new iPhone to answer questions more quickly when not at home.
