Hello, I have 3 questions please.

A) If I change the registration address on eBay, will they still know is me is paypal side?

B) If I sell a lot, will the basic paypal do or do I need to upgrade, if I need to upgrade, do I need to add my social security number?

C) What is the most common tracking mistake people make, what should I avoid?

No,#2 If you are big, then premier or business paypal account might be better. SSN may be require if you get asked to supply it. ?UK users have no SSN
