Question about the AGE of the account to start

I read stealth guide, but did not understand one thing:
<<The first 90 days is a probation period in which any red flag to your account can cause a premature suspension or limitations>>.

Please explain, 90 days from registration, from 1st item listed or 1st item sold?

Guy who sells ebay account for me says - 60 days from the date of 1st listing .

I believe its first item listed.
I myself go with first item sold though and continue until the 21 day holds are removed (meaning the 3 conditions for removing those limits are met).

from what I personally have seen, if the account was made using a solid method, the "probation period" isnt that important. Just dont sell risky items. As from what date the "timer" starts, its from the first day the first item was listed as slokor has said.

Just means you need to make the account in a certain way so that it wont get linked or limited

Thanks for the replay.

I understand that part, only I'm a bit confused about the right way making the account.
Is it better to make a new stealth account on a regular PC+new windows user or on a fresh VMware?
I have recently made new account on windows user and it have received limits of 250 which is not usual, the next day I listed an item and after few minutes it got banned (impossible to lift it).
When making with VMware accounts usually receive limits of 3. I wonder why it's such a big difference, is it because of my fingerprint, maybe they see that I'm using VMware and they give low limits?
