Create a new account from my grandma pc

hey guys, my grand ma bought a new pc, she lives around me, I want to create account from her pc. Can I create from my info ? Please help me to make it right.

if she has her new PC,her own ISP and does not live with you,yes,you could try.
But you could be jeopardising her account(s)-Paypal/ebay IF YOUrs get suspended and vice versa.
You dont want to come back home and use your device to log on to that new stealth account.

Put your flag up - you can start with creating your own new user account on the pc and follow stealth methods
