Payoneer & eBay stealth accounts' Problems&Solutions

I hope y'all be fine.

:focus: So, as y'all know: eBay and Payoneer have signed a PARTNERSHIP, and got rid of PayPal.
I used to work with Stealth Accounts, and in the message received from eBay, it said that every eBay account details should match details in Payoneer account linked with.

I was wondering (Prolly like a lot of people) if I can use a Payoneer account with multiple eBay accounts to be paid out, or if someone has an information if there is a risk doing that.

It's working only on such markets as Russia, Ukraine etc. And only one acc one payoneer

But you can go stealth with ebay registration as you can obtain a stealth pioneer?

Many Factors for getting a stealth Pioneer. Also, you cannot keep money on the account of a Russian pioneer. There is simply no technical possibility. All money goes automatically to the bank account from the pioneer and this cannot be controlled.
