Banned - Using friends eBay & PayPal account
 

My eBay account was suspended and IP address banned. Instead of going the stealth route, I have access to my friends aged account he no longer uses. His account is in good standing, recent sales/purchases, and he has a linked PayPal account I am going to take over as well.

My question is, since the account is already established, do I need to use a residential proxy? Or a VPN?

What would be the best way to log in and maintain like a normal account?

does your friend realise he will be getting a 1099K at the end of the year and one copy of his 1099K will go to IRS

OP, has your friend's account already been set up with MP instead of pp these days?

An established eBay and PayPal would work very well on a dedicated residential proxy or a mobile hotspot

Whichever route you decide, make sure your friend knows he will be getting a 1099 and will be responsible for the taxes you incur.

apart from the taxation issue mentioned by other members you just need to make sure that the selling activity of the account you took over does not show any suspicions , this is the biggest risk since the guy obviously was not selling the same way you will be selling using his account
