Does paypal track MAC addresses?
Well, I just saw someone mention this in another post but think this deserves its own topic, I haven't been able to find this, is there a way that they track MAC addresses? I had thought that this wasn't possible but if anyone has something to counter this I would appreciate hearing from you... I already know about all the games with vpn and proxies and realize its trial and error on this I guess but want to know if I have to use additional software to change my MAC address too. |
