1099 question - Europe

Hello guys.

I know US citizens get 1099 form......But what about non-US?
I am from europe..... Does Ebay or Paypal report income to Europe countries?

Your help is much appreciated..

Depends on the country of your citizenship.

SO you gotta check with your local tax men and figure out what ecom tax rules are
