Changing My Broadband Supplyer - Need Help!

I have a fully fine eBay and Paypal account, with no issues

The IP at my address with my fast broadband is a previously banned eBay and Paypal one so i have been using USB Broadband which is fine but a little slow, and as it changes the IP alot eBay occassionally place a limit which i then have to email saying i am me etc and it is lifted

Annoying

So, i am going to change my broadband supplier to BT

Question is, will changing my Broadband supplier from O2 to BT change my MAIN IP address and is there no way eBay can track the old one once it is changed

Yes though you don't need to change ISP just to get a new IP address.

And no there is no way Ebay can track you from an IP you no longer use on their site.

P.S are you deleting cookies or logging in from different computers? This would be more lilely to cause the re-verification notice, not using a dynamic IP.
