Reusing SSN and Bank info on Stealth Accounts

I've been shopping for a few ebay accounts.
Forum seller named Duab told be that I can reuse my bank and SSN from my
Revoked account. Is this true??
I am extremely skeptical and find it hard yo believe.
Can anyone shed some light on this??

Yes you can open a stealth account in one name and address and the when you fill in the MP questions you just fill your own details SSN etc and not that of the account holder name

Banks cannot be reused now as far as I know. Used to be able to but know they block it from being added a second time. At least this is my experience in the UK so assume the US is the same

You are correct personal details can be reused in MP with new and separate bank accounts.

Lol, I guess that's my que. Thank you everyone that replied.
I ended up opening a few stealth accounts (I had no idea how easy it is!)
I haven't provided my SSN yet but I do have active listings so it looks good.
I will send an update when I enter bank and SSN.
Though I am confident the info provided is good!
