I was able to get instant transfers from my account now for the past 4 months i can only use my funds from my cc no other option is available except echeck. I am useing leditameate banking info EX: bank of america. This is just strange anyone else having this problem. Is this paypal implementing this .or is it on ebays side.?

Same here and a buyer of mine has the same thing going on with his account. Don't know why paypals doing it, but I think they are doing it to a lot of people, if not everyone.
