do they link by first and last name?
 

Hello, I was very sleeply when i did this.

I went to simon.com and paid 22 dollars for a giftaccount to use for my ebay and paypal acccount (stealth)

But i did something wrong in the process and i ended up getting a simon giftaccount with a different name.

Unfortunately that name on the simon account has already been used to create a paypal and ebay account, which later were suspended.

So now i have a giftaccount with that name, but all the other information is different, differnte address, phone, email, etc.

Is it safe to create a paypal and ebay account with that giftaccount? taking in consideration all of the above.

I heard that ebay dont link by name only by address and phone...

Please any advice is much appreciated.

You should be fine... unless it is a particularly unusual name and there is other info linking back to the suspended account.

I have used my own name (or variations of it) on all my accounts.

As long as the zip code is the same on the simon account as the paypal and ebay account, you're fine. The name on the card doesn't matter. :)

Doesn't it use the numeral on the address line also? Is there a way to generate a VCC from your bank (or anywhere) to the zip code you need?
