what if you logged on an ip address with an account, and couple days after you logged on the same ip with an account which got blocked. Would the first account got banned?
do they keep logs of accounts ip addresses, and scan thru the accounts to match with banned accounts?

In all likelihood,yes.

HOWEVER don't lump amazon & ebay questions together. What each company does differs. Keep them apart.
There's a dedicated Amazon sub-forum use that. The primary aim of this forum is ebay. :peace:
