Are we 100% untraceable while using VPN?
 

Ok so I want to start a new Paypal accoutn in stealth. I know the procedures, but the only thing that puzzles me is the tracking.

Lets say like this, if I start connecting under a VPN (CyberGhost for e.g.) can ebay or Paypal track my real IP??

I've heard something that the real IP can only be seen while browsing, so lets say ebay and paypal investigate my account with the new IP after I stop for a while to use it, will they find my real IP? Or by using a VPM my real IP is concealed and NOBODY can track me.

ALso, what are the best VPNs? What do u recommend?

It has been said on the forums that eBay sees VPNs as suspicious. So using a VPN to connect might bring unnecessary scrutiny to your stealth account. YMMV. Proceed at your own risk.

VPN tech is no problem itself,it a perfact network just like you connect to another ISP.they can not see your real ip or computer name for sure.

but what unsecure is:There are only few netservice company offer VPN services.EBAY and PAYPAL track them and black list the ip address in bulk.So even you get a fresh single new ip address from a VPN provider say eg.: 188.188.188.200..you think it safe because it newly generated and only you using it??No.If another person use 188.188.188.1 got suspended before and ebay found it was VPN(its easy for them to find VPN server, as long as they send a man and take couple of mins to WHIOS the ip address and they will find their website and registed network name,easily to know it is a VPN server) they will then blacklist the whole ip range 188.188.188.xxx.So it can say,if 1 person got suspended from 1 VPN provider's server.This VPN provider is not safe anymore.Image that and risk it..

I tried to use a french VPN to reg a french paypal.Got limited asap after I reg..It was a single fresh ip.Wasted me 100 euros..

Hi I need some help guys !

I have lost 3 paypal accounts in 2 months ! I have to set up a new account !
My IP address is not static ! its always changing when I shıt down my modem !
I will format my current PC and I will open a new paypal account ! what do you think guys ??? it can be done with this way ??? I would like to buy that stealth thing but my English is very very bad ! it can be too technical for me !
