Issue with linked ebay and paypal!!

My problem is this. I have linked both Ebay and Paypal but for some reason im getting message that i havent done it. This is new account ( ebay and paypal ), so im asking did anyone else had same problem?

Yup there was a post already on this one, this is happening begining this monday. Seems theres some kind of sync problem, they are trying to solve it
