Unsecured networks
 

I am not stealth currently but looking to go stealth of 5 or so accounts in the very near future. I have access to literally hundreds of unsecured networks that would supply me with new IPs. I cannot afford to buy a new laptop right now but would be willing to do whatever it takes to get 5+ accounts running. Do I need to reformat and create users (vista) or can I just create new users??? Any help is much appreciated.

You should probably read eBay Stealth. It shows you step by step exactly what you should be doing.

Aspkin, thanks for the reply. I have almost bought it 3-4x late at night, but I'm so broke right now I keep convincing myself I can do it myself....;) I do intend on buying the book, next set of auctions goes to the book!

You dont need to reformat, just create separate users you are good to go.

TIP: Buy an ALFA AWUS 036H wireless card for your laptop, it will give you x10 reach to unsecured wireless networks

Do you have any idea of the distances we are talking about in feet? I have a pretty nice laptop with what seems to be a pretty good wireless card onboard. I can pickup 10-12 networks at a time.

If I had to guess it seems as if I'm getting around the 100' range.
