Better Privacy cookies

I'm looking at my BetterPrivacy set up and would prefer to keep the Paypal cookies once Firefox closes.

I've just visited Paypal, arrived here and see three LSOs.
settings.sol size 429
settings.sol size 76
trackingLSO.sol size 57

Am I right in thinking that all 3 belong to Paypal?

I highlight the first LSO and select Prevent Automatic LSO deletion and it goes into the protected folder.

If I go into a different Windows User Account, are these 3 protected LSOs shared throughout the different user accounts? I thought that some LSOs can be shared?

Any thoughts?
