Now best you tell us what you are using? There are so many different types.

Rather a big task when you have lots of info to find: have you used the SEARCH box? that will work fine:peace:

You'll need to reset your router / Verizon modem in order to get a new IP address. Read eBay Stealth on how to do this. In your case you might be able to simple unplug and plug back in after 30 seconds or so.

An easier way is to get dial up... or a mobile broadband card.

IF my ip 171.52.172.112 changes to 171.52.111.111, can ebay tell it is a new ip? since only the last 2 numbers changed.

Only 1 number needs to change to make it a new ip. You should be fine.
