i want to use VPSlink to create my own VPN!

I'm going to buy the vps to create my own vpns for the ebaysteal accs at VPSlink.com, but i heard the VPSlink VPNs were in the ebay blacklist, is that right? Any advice??? Your advice is appreciated.
