Ebay emails for tracking?
 

I have a couple of new ebay buyer accounts on one of my computers, separate user accounts of course, and I have been bidding of various things and accidentally won one.
Not a prob, they will send it to my folks place;)

I have bid on a lot of vero items, just to see if they get taken down, and most of them do, and ebay sends me an email to let me know.

But I received a strange email from them congratulating me on my first international purchase???

But what is concerning is the amount of "Can't see the pictures? Select "Always display images"

And Images are not displayed. Display images below. Always display images from eBay @reply.ebay.c*m.au

Obviously this is a gmail account with images display turned off, so I'm thinking that ebay are really trying to get me to allow their tracking beacons in.
Or am I being paranoid?

This the first email of this type I have ever received.

Has anyone else had something like this?
