I made a Candian paypal a while ago since a friend told me there was a huge sending limits and no limitations would happen
So I put a canadian paypal with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info
than bam out of nowhere once I got $100 in my paypal I got limited
and have no way to verify it at all no bank nor credit card
I just want the limits removed it's a lot of money that's trapped
Will pay for a Vcc or anyway to remove the limits so I can move my money

Welcome Skyler!
You do need to say "Hop!" before you jump..Opening PayPal accounts without thinking and not doing it "comme il le faut" will get you in trouble fast with them. Ebay Stealth Book highly recommended..
