Wan MAC address help (UK Talk Talk Provider)

He guys

just reading through the ebay stealth manual and i am a tad stuck

Basically my net provider is Talk Talk (UK) and i cant seem to get anything to work when i type in 192.168.0.1 to get the routers set up page.

i can get my ip ok through the IPBurger program but get stuck after this. Also what do i need to do after this with the Mac Address?

i am a complete novice at this, i thought just changing IP was enough
