shiprush question

Question. I tried setting up shiprush 2 times on 2 different computers and used 2 diffrent cc with different names and address's to pull postage. but both times i did not even get to print postage. I received the account number then when i put it into the account to start it up was suspended any clues????:noidea::noidea:
