Default eBay and its cookies

hi guys
I have an obserbation regarding ebay cookies
thing is that lately ebay began to lock accounts after making the second sale
they let you make on sale and in the second you get mc010
im sure many of you noticed this

anyway im afraid the old mantra reading various stealth acounts is no longer valid , change ip clean cookies

i came to realize that in the second sale that a user makes ebay will look of a unique identifier (ebay rep words) or a cookie
if it doesnt find this identifier, it goes bezerk

who knows where ebay stores the cookies and the file name it generate because i believe that it would be prudent to save these files...

any observations go ahead

Clearing cookies every time is not good and has been noted many times. This is why you use separate window user accounts with each eBay account. Cookies are a good thing when used correctly.

yes. That pretty much sums it up. Each user account will have its own settings and its own cookies. A good way to keep track is to use your ebay ID as user name. And you can also make a wallpaper for each account with login info like name, password, etc.

That many accounts kind of screams for a detailed spreadsheet too.

You will still need a different IP address for each too.

Default eBay cookies

I understand using VPN requires the use of your dedicated isp connection. I frequently get logged off of my poor comcast connection using a wireless card on my notebook. So the scenario is this: I connect connect to VPN then log into ebay. At this point I believe a cookie will be saved. Then I get logged off of VPN to where I'm using my normal/dedicated/real isp. Will ebay discover my ip by throwing me another cookie jeopardizing any other ebay account? What is your suggestion guys?

If this is an issue, is there a way to get it set up to where I get logged off of isp after i get logged off VPN?
