computer automatically delete all the cookies everytime shut down

Hi, everyone, im a fresh here, really need some advice.
my previous account was suspended. so i registered a new one using my friend's info. so here is the problem. I can only use the public computer to log in to that new account for now. coz my own laptop was linked to the suspended account.(by all the cookie and ip address thing). so for now i can only list items using the public computer,, however, the public computer will delete all the cookies everytime you log off. is this fine since ebay will find out that this account is logged in on a "new" computer everytime it's logged in? or it is no problem as long as everytime i try to list an item, i got that automatical call from ebay and get that 4-digit code to verify ? any suggesting would be appreciated.

You dont need a new computer. And using public internet with no cookies every time is not good either

You are pretty off on the whole system actually. Way off. Do yourself a huge favor and get the Stealth Book. It will save you all this silliness in one day
