Please Help, IP address question

Hi, I have set up a new ebay account in the last few days. I cannot log into it from my home address as it could be linked to family members ebay accounts by the ip address. I have a static ip. I know that proxy servers can get you suspended, but is there any software i can use to change my ip address without ebay catching on and suspending me?
