Hi guys!
My Paypal account was limited, and appeal denied, and paypal is linked with ebay. I link other Paypal account but still the same.
So, when I try list item, showing this:

How can fix this?

I have the exact same problem and I have emailed Ebay so many times and they don't seem to be able to do anything as the problem is with Paypal. All my details are correct on both ebay and Paypal and I don't even accept Paypal payments only cheques and it seems there is nothing I can do. Crazy

drop them a ring or start over

Should Try with another account
Don't use it .If u add another Paypal link to Ebay acc that , It will always same : Limitted

Hi there.I was power seller in ebay and had the same problem a couple of times i had made orders over 1000$ or less or for some other reason.So i just took a picture of my id and bank statement where the address is shown and sent it to paypal .And 1day after everything was OK.
