I read is recomended the use a static Vpn..doesnt says why?

I think bc ebay will see the same IP over and over and dont go suspicious..or any other reasons?
BUt than I gone lost the benefit of managing more than one account from the same root,by my VPN.

And is ebay can see any difference between using a Dial up and VPN dynamic?

VPN's are very hit or miss. eBay knows the address ranges of most VPN's and blocks them. So many will not work at all.

But if you DO find one that works, you will definitely want the IP to be static. If someone else has used an IP in the pool with eBay before, and the account was blocked, it could cause a problem. Not 100% of the time, but still.

Dial up will have a much higher success rate than using a VPN.

NO VPNs, and VPS is still expensive.

Try Proxies from Private Servers (you can NEVER block all these)

You can never block proxies from private servers? I don't see the logic.
