Can eBay track by the Auction Listing Software?

I have been suspended on ebay for low DSR's and I have another account open that is stealth. Can I use my old Auction listing software to post to ebay? IE auctiva, Vendio, inkfrog? I know that I need to clean the Pictures of the meta data but can ebay tracking by a 3rd party software?
