new account set up AM I LUCKY?
 

Hi guys, well it finally happened, suspended, 1000+ feedback, power seller, top rated etc etc bye bye forever!, end of that saga,

anyways needed to get back to selling asap (christmas time etc) knew i had my wifes account but never knew the history of it....well turns out i opened this account for her a few months after mine(for whatever reason) in 2003 so quite old, good news!, next bit of good news was the address was registered at our old address(where i lived in 2003,obviously!) she already had a paypal account attatched so great news and good to go...but

so heres the bit where i should have stopped and took a bit more care but me being desperate to get back selling thought f**k it, cant be bothered changing 500 listing wordings in my auctivia account which was linked with my suspended account so generated a new token, linked auctivia with wifes account, tweaked a few templates, email addresses in payment section, and BANG! listed 400 Buy it nows and crossed my fingers!


That was 7 days ago, ive had 60 + sales with 10 feedback already generated , ok paypal are holding payments for 21 days, but im a good seller , never had a negative in my previous account or any issues so that will get lifted soon enough,

i just sold copyrighted items which ultimatley gave me the boot on my previous account, i always say i was very unlucky to get booted but hey thats how most of us feel and thats for another thread, this is merley a thread for you all to see maybe ebay miss things sometimes and its not all doom and gloom,

and just to refer to the above thread title , i later checked in the week that the account is actually in my name!!! same as my suspended account, this is the only thing thats the same, i do religiously clear my cookies etc before i log on, but up to now nothing, and i can tell you now before you all start saying you are going to get linked...maybe your right which i why im working on to getting my next account up and running just.....just incase my luck runs out again!.

As long as this account lasts till the 25th of december i can give my kids a nice xmas they deserve.

Your right it will only be a matter of time before they catch up with me on this account, which is why i decided to set up my own website, my brother did the same and put 2 fingers up to ebay, im starting to get 2-3 sales a week from my site , not very much , but when you consider its only been up and running for a month or so and ive only worked on the traffic for the site every so often then thats not bad, eventually i will have to say goodbye to these forums but when i do i know that ive kicked ebay for good, there fees, there automated rules,everything that corrupt organisation stands for and when that time comes i aim to humiliate them in a final parting shot listing!.
