Don't use someone else's address and then forward mail to yourself!
I called the post office today and then I visted them in person to confirm and both times they told me that when forwarding mail permanently it closes the mailbox and forwards only a certain name and forwarding temporarily will forward all the mail even mail not to that name. And that a permanent forward requires a form to re-open the mailbox. I am not sure if this is correct or not, but that is what the post office said on the phone.
