will ebay suspend my new account if I...
 

My account is suspended!...If I create a new computer account(the same labtop that I used for the suspended account), and clean all the bowers and flash cookies, will ebay suspend my new account? I will NOT use my Laptop to log in to my new account at home(Same IP as before), but I will log into it when I go to school/library, because the IP address will be different there. Is it possible that ebay will not find out?
I heard that ebay can always find out who you are if you use the SAME computer, because each computer has a unique CODE!....

what can I do? I bought ebay stealth yesterday, but I didn't find the answer..

The answer is definitely in ebay stealth, I'd recommend you read it again and I highly recommend you search the forums about vmware, very useful.

Nobody uses a different computer for each account. You just change everything possible and try not to make mistakes, because it is easy to do. Spend lots of time searching and reading this forum, lots of great info here.

Creating new account on your PC + Changing the ip will make the work.

What itzakjano said. It is VERY important that you change to a new user account if you are using a pc. It obviously goes without saying to never use the same IP address twice as well.
