Garagesale/GaragePay

I have seen some people who say Garagesale/Garagepay is safe and I have seen others who have said it isnt.

I am about to be running 25 accounts and I need to know if I can trust these 2 pieces of software or not.

Please let me know. I use my wireless air card, so I can constantly change my IP address if that helps.
