Within the last day or so eBay recently altered their javascript for a new abuse. Now when your browser is set for pictures off and then when you try to manually selectively load images, eBay prevents you. Turning javascript fixes this. This may be related to their keystroke and mouse click capturing javascript people have talked about here.

Can you explain to me, what does this mean in terms of making a listing?

Turn pictures off on your browser then you manually click the unloaded picture things to view the pics manually. MSIE, K-Meleon, and other browsers do it. eBay has now prevented this is in Javascript.
i think he is talking about web-beacons that ebay use as tracking by taking advantage of java-scripts.. anyway we all know that by clearing cookies.. running multiple browsers for different accounts..
for example..
opera for xyz ebay account
ie for 345
safari for ghi account
and we also know how to ebay tracks by ip address..
