merchant account linking question

I had a authorize.net account that i had linked to my other ebay account which got suspended. Now my question is, if i use activia ( supposly they dont share the info with ebay) can i put my merchant account on auctivia and when they invoice the buyer, will it pass on ebay where they will not know? So another words, can i use the same merchant account that was on a suspended ebay account on auctivia with my new stealth account?
