when i go to create a new gmail account it says i have reached my max allowed. I tried the tollfreefowarding numbers and it gets messed up with the automated voice thing. is there any other way to receive text or phone verification message that I'm not finding when I google it? What about the use of hotmail and other email providers?

Max allowed for...? cellphone message confirmation? Go to a different IP place and make new ones.

Ya, if they wont give you more just apply some stealth moves. They track much much harder then eBay. But the only reason they are blocking you is they think spam. You may be setting them up way too fast on one IP
