Dynamic IP
 

My account suspended for several time coz i'm link old pp to my ebay
Now i have ebay account for 1 month old.
My isp provide me for dynamic ip
always change when i restart my belkin modem wireless router in range
for example 60.51.89.39, 60.51.89.56, 60.51.87.24
But i'm worry to use my isp when i'm log in to my ebay
I always use diup up but too slow for me to relist an item

For my question,
Can i use my dynamic isp to log in to my ebay?
do the ebay can link with my previous suspended account

Start a log of your Ip addresses and make sure you don't log into the same IP address as your suspended eBay account.

Also you do not need to reset your Ip address each time you connect to the same eBay account. Only when you're signing into Different eBay accounts.
