switching out routers

I have a static ip through cable,I also have a VPN.Do you have to clean out your cookies ( both of them ) when your using VPN?
And for those of you who switch out your routers.....do you have a router for each user account? And how do you keep track of it all??????????:confused:

I was under the impression that using a VPN will get you flagged as well as regular clearing of cookies...

Yeah ebay dont tend to like VPN's.

Have you looked into internet service providers in the US that give you a dynamic IP?
