Different Windows User Accts- Just as good as a diff computer?
 

Other than the issue of IP addresses- suppose I connect (manually) to one source for one Windows User Account and another internet connection for the other Windows User Account ....

Is using different Windows User Accounts 200% as effective as using a completely seperate computer? Are there no processor/Windows Licence/Hardware/Software identifiers that might get noticed...?

I'm very interested in your thoughts.

When using a different user account, everything is kept completely seperate, as in flash cookies just to name 1, so you'd only have to worry about changing your ip address.

For eb ay, this way works effectively.

You dont think there is ANYTHING else from the same physical computer they can match up, if they should have any suspicions?

I am 99.9% sure that RIGHT now, they do not screen your computer for hardware beacons like ID info, computer name, etc. This is for eb ay. I have used the same computer numerous times with different user accounts and it works well.
