Cookies still saves?

Just a quick question
I changed ip, used ccleaner, and
when i go to type in some website it automaticlly pulls up the few websites the start with that letter. ex. type e(it pulls ebay up after cleaned)
Should it still be doing that? and
also when i go to website for example, forum website it pulls yesterday's info. I have to hit refresh a few times.
It only starting doing that after i change info.

yes what browser and are you closing browser then reopening, I mean techincally you shouldnt have to but..

use mozilla, that way you have various back up clearing add ons
