How do you know IP's you have used in past?
 

Made me think today, some people have have had eBay accounts for many years before they got suspended...so they obviously do not know what IP addresses they have used with that account in the past do they?! Could be a lot and they will likely never know!

Further, once they have been suspended, they quickly find out that they must change their IP address so they do so by turning the router off or resetting it and they're free...but are they?

Some ISP's shuffle through a certain amount of IP addresses...so you would probably have used them before, also again, how can you be sure you haven't used that IP address already? I do not know if this applies to changing ISP because you may get a completely new set of IP address when you do this..but you know what I am saying. What about other people getting suspended from an IP address you have just started using, at some point it is more likely that eBay/PayPal will review your account because of this!

Simple solution, you've used up most of your ip's before you knew about stealth methods, so what do you do? GET A NEW SERVICE, WITH A NEW CYCLE OF DYNAMIC IP ADDRESSES.
